What is Green Living with architectural design & why I think it’s fascinating ?

Green Living with architectural design is a concept that has been gaining popularity in recent years, and for good reason. By incorporating plants and other natural elements into our living spaces, we can create a healthier, more sustainable environment while also enjoying the aesthetic benefits of a lush and vibrant space.

Plants are fascinating and are known to improve air quality by filtering out toxins and releasing oxygen, which can lead to reduced stress levels and improved mental health.

Being a plant mom myself, I noticed adding plants into our homes and workplaces can help to boost creativity and productivity, as well as promote a sense of calm and well-being.

But from a sustainability standpoint, green living with architectural design also has a lot to offer in my opinion.there is something truly fascinating and aesthetically pleasing about green living with architectural design.

Whether it’s a hanging garden, a living wall, or a simple potted plant, the addition of greenery can transform a space and bring it to life. So why not embrace the trend and start incorporating more plants into your living spaces today?

The goal is to reduce the environmental impact of the building while also creating a comfortable and healthy living space and creating a beautiful environment for plants to thrive.

Benefits of green living with architectural design

  1. Reduced carbon footprint: By incorporating sustainable features into the design of a building, adding plants with the building structure for example

  2. Lower energy bills: Eco-friendly buildings are designed to be energy-efficient, which means that they require less energy to heat, cool, and power. This can result in lower energy bills and long-term cost savings for building owners.

  3. Improved indoor air quality: Many eco-friendly buildings are designed with materials and ventilation systems that improve indoor air quality. This can have a positive impact on the health and wellbeing of the building’s residents.
